i love my furi knife! it’s comfortable to cut a lot of stuff up, and handles both soft (tomatoes, etc. ) and hard (raw potatoes, etc. ) foods well. it doesn’t wear on your hands or cause blisters. one piece design is great for cleanliness and durability. have had this knife for 4 years, and highly recommend as a replacement for the el-cheapo chef’s knife in many of the lower end knife blocks/sets.

One piece construction. I broke the blade off of the handle on my old Chef’s knife. This one is beautiful, well-balanced in my hand and it performs great. Worth every penny. I will never throw away good money on a cheap knife again.

Great for chopping or slicing just aboout anything. Large, but handles very well. Not heavy.
