Wow is an understatement! When the knives I’m replacing these with were new, they didn’t cut like these do. I had carpal tunnel surgery on my right hand just over a month ago. But using these knives? It didn’t hurt cutting up an onion. I hope the sharpness lasts so I can continue to be impressed.

These knives are fantastic. They cut through anything I have tried so far and are comfortable to use. The box is a bit hard to open but that is minor. I am getting rid of my old knives that were so hard to use.

The set is a bit better than regular knives sold at Walmart, but not by much. . . She wants you to think they are precision made in Germany. . . but no, China. . . Poor finish and grinding. . . Fit of rubber on grip seems cheap and will not keep out residue after cutting. . . You will have to wipe and oil to keep finish from having spots after cleaning . . . Smile all you want to the bank, but these are not professional knives in any sense. Shame on me if I buy anything else you endorse. . . . You need to return to the candy counter where you began. . .

I got these for free when purchasing my pot set. . . but, i don’t think any knife set is worth this kind of money. Nice packaging, and could make for a very nice partial wedding gift though, being as i haven’t even touched them yet.
