  • I purchased this knife last week and just had to use it the night I got it. Although I did cut my finger with it (it was my own fault) I am in love with this knife and have added the others to my wish list. The knife is a good price, cuts well, and I love the orange grip on it!

  • It seems to good to be true but this little demon is fast, sharp and not expensive at all. My daughter is 15yrs and is starting to cook and I feel safe with her using this knife because of the plastic grip. It is safe and so easy to use. We love it.

  • As for cutting its a nice knife. However I believe that Rachael Ray’s knife on the show has some type of metal on the end and top of the handle. This knife has plastic at where the blade meat the handle, which makes it kind of uncomfortable. Other than that small piece the handle is real nice and it cuts great. I love it!

  • Even though orange is honestly my least favorite color; I love Rachael Ray and had to try one of the knives she uses on her show. After buying one I had to have all of the Furi Santoku knives in every size! They really are an awesome product and I use them every time I cook. Its like cutting through softened butter. Maybe some day they will come out with other colors, but for now they are still my favorite even if they are orange. ;)

  • Great knife!! Extremely sharp and doesn’t dull quickly. I cut both beef skirt steak as well as boneless chicken breast for fajitas with ease. Bell peppers and onions were a breeze. This knife cuts everything like butter!!
