I like these tongs, and I would recommend them for use on “non slippery things. ” Since these don’t have any grooves or “teeth” (rounded or not) they cannot hold onto things that are wet. IE, meats in marinade, chicken out of tray, flipping of firm fish. If they are remotely wet, you have to have a death grip on the meat, and then you could destroy it (trust me I have).

They are a good tong for flipping things on a baking pan, tossing pasta, or using as a mixing utensil if that happens to be the thing you grab without looking. They are very comfy in the hand as well. I would stick to the metal tongs for meat’s though, or another silicone tong that has groves that can hold onto wet things better.

Despite the “obnoxious” sponsor. . . very good product. Would by again. Remove her endorsement costs from the product and the whole world could enjoy a set of these two tongs.

I picked these tongs up at Ross a while back, and from the moment I brought them home, they have become my favorite go-to tongs for cooking. They have a comfortable grip, stay cool even if I lean it against the lip of the pot, and I can feel comfortable using them on any kind of cookware.

I only have two complaints. First, I would have liked to have two large tongs (as opposed to a midget pair). The midget pair, due to it’s reduced size, is less useful than it’s bigger brother, and doesn’t get anywhere near as much use.

And second that I’d found them in another color besides Day-Glow-Orange.

They are beautiful and match the cookware perfectly but they are kind of big and awkard to use.

The tongs are heavy duty and well made but they are not user friendly. Every time I tried to use them, they pinched my hand. I returned them. . . not a good item.
